8Pt can engrave anything glass or crystal from wine glasses and coffee mugs to votives and nightlights. She specializes in nature and topography — nerding out with ArcGIS to ensure accuracy.

You reach out with your idea of what you would like. It’s okay if you only have a loose idea (e.g. ice cream bowls for someone who skis) as Whitney will happily work with you to develop your perfect idea for your medium of choice.
Whitney will then sketch several mock-ups for you and return them to you for any tweaks to ensure it captures your vision. Each design will include a quote and time estimate.
You approve your final design and Whitney brings it to life.

Like the difference between a temporary tattoo and real ink, etched glass designs use chemicals or sandblasting to sit on the surface of the glass and fade with washing and wear, while hand-engraved designs are carved into the glass, creating permanent heirloom pieces that can last for generations with proper care.

Pricing is simple:
cost of the glass or crystal + per hour rate
When you receive the mockups you will receive a price quote as well. If you have any price constraints Whitney is happy to work with you to develop options within your budget.
